Hi!

I am a Postdoctoral Associate at Boston University, Questrom School of Business, advised by Prof. Anita Carson. I am also grateful to work with Professors Chrysanthos Dellarocas, Patricia Cortes, William Kahn, and Anandhi Bharadwaj (Emory). I received my PhD through a joint doctoral program between the University of Victoria (Canada) and Xi’an Jiaotong University (China).

My research lies in healthcare operations management, healthcare AI, AI and workforce, with a focus on how emerging technologies reshape operational performance, patient outcomes, and healthcare workforce.
